The 7 pin trailer connector had to be removed to fit the new rear cross member. Wanted to check the connections had been put back correctly. Removed the connector in any case to clean it up and tape the wires.

This is looking at the back of the socket, i.e. more useful when wiring the socket.
And a translation to LR colour scheme:
Here's the connector removed before it was cleaned up. The pin numbers starting from 1 nearest the hinge and anti-clockwise around with pin 7 in the middle as looking into the back of the connector.
